On May 24, 2024, BEIER recent Professional Skills Competition in its headquarter showcased the exceptional skills and passion of our team. With intense focus and dedication, our participants demonstrated the spirit of BEIER through precision and expertise.

Theoretical Examination

Theory is the basis of practice, and solid theoretical foundation is also one of the key factors to success. At 10:00 am, the contestants sat in the examination room and started the exam on time. Everyone was concentrating on answering the questions seriously.

Practical Competition

In the afternoon practical competition, the contestants showed their rich practical experience with high enthusiasm and fighting spirit. Bell people will show Bell’s outstanding style with excellent technology and skillful techniques.

The contestants concentrated their minds and focused their eyes, striving to fully show themselves and make the perfect works in their minds.

The judges also adhered to a fair and rigorous attitude and scored the parts processing results from the aspects of parts precision, process application level, safety and civilization, and standardized operation.
