(4) In order to meet the requirements of new materials and new processes, new or special extruders are constantly emerging. Such as three-screw extruder, planetary multi-screw extruder, non-screw extruder, reactive extruder, two-color extruder, foam extruder, etc.
Nowadays,modern plastic granulation extruder has been widely used modern electronic and computer control technology, on-line detection of the entire extrusion process, and the use of microcomputer closed-loop control. In order to meet the diversified needs of production development, plastic molding technology has developed vigorously toward modern high-efficiency large-scale production and intelligent control.
